By the bye, according to the paper the other day, Kansans can now receive up to 20 cases of wine a year at their home, rather than having to go through a liquor store. (Is my beloved state actually starting to let adults be grown-ups? Surely not!) The only catch is that the paper said "in state or out of state" sources.
