Liveblogging the move
It’s a little late, because I actualy started this a few hours ago without the blogging bit, but I’ll try and backfill.
0605: Got up, showered
0630: Started my laundry
0800: Everything finshed moving into the room…the waiting begins.
0900: They’re here!
0940: Things are almost emptied out. Got to spend a few minutes describing fencing and showing them my fencing gear before back to work. :-)
0952: Holy crap, they are wrapping EVERYTHING in protective stuff…even the furniture. :-) Nice.
0956: The LAUNDRY BASKET? Really? They need to wrap the plastic LAUNDRY BASKET in packing material? That’s too much.
1012: Everything is packed. Just gotta put it in the truck. Then on to storage.
1017: Got a call from the company. Sounds like my stuff will be to germany in about 4 weeks, so with luck I can get it delivered in about 5 or so.
1554: Done. Took longer than I expected.

Haha, they wrapped my laundry baskets in packing material too when I moved back from Germany and I thought the same thing.
