The gist is, when people kill because of religion, they’re crazy. When they kill because of games, the games made them do it, and blame the game maker.
Which is a damn good point.

When people kill because of religion, they’re George Bush.
Friend of mine…Andrew not Andy, used to love this story about two men in North Carolina who apparently killed each other (or one killed the other) over “who loves jesus more”. He hypothesized that the only possible possessions of these two gentlemen were probably the trailor house they were in, a fridge with an empty case of natural light, and the shotguns with which one of them got shot…
Do you find working for the Army and being a liberal is difficult?
A little, especially in an office of ultra-right wing superChristians (I’m not kidding). But me and the token Jew bash everyone silently through email. The worst part is that the company I work for actually outsources some of their work to Halliburton, so I’m that much closer to the axis of evil!
But I like to know that what I’m doing almost directly affects the soldiers in the field. That’s who I care about. Jason’s best friend is over there right now, and I have pictures of him shooting huge guns hanging right next to all my leftist political cartoons.
